Tasks

-Manage site crews, subcontractors, and lifting activities. -Supervise and coordinate daily structural steel erection operations on site. -Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards. -Monitor progress, address site issues, and report to the Project Manager. -Liaise with engineers, fabricators, and logistics to maintain smooth operations.

What You Bring

-Certifications in Working at Heights, Rigging, or Crane Supervision. -Excellent communication and coordination skills. -5+ years’ experience supervising structural steelwork erection. -Safety-first mindset with attention to detail. -Strong understanding of steel assembly, bolting, and lifting procedures. -Proven site leadership with a strong focus on safety and quality. -Ability to read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings. -Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and daily reporting tools. -Diploma or Certificate in Civil / Structural Engineering or Construction. -Experience on energy, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
