The Role

Overview

Provide technical support for desktop, mobile, software, and AV across SUI.

Tasks

-Testing and installation of packaged and in-house developed software on systems -Developing and maintaining preventative maintenance procedures where assigned. -Assistance with user account login issues -Meeting / A/V and Conferencing Support (MS Teams, and Zoom devices and software) -Maintaining and ensuring the use of all Information Security tools -Taking ownership of processes and systems where assigned. -Imaging and deployment of replacement equipment -Maintaining SUI IT inventory practices -Assisting with software rollouts -Providing support to IT Engineering Team as required -Troubleshooting/repair and escalation of hardware issues -Developing and facilitating peer and end-user training as needed. -Developing knowledge base articles. -Providing excellent in-person and technical support -Utilizing project management practices for appropriately sized initiatives. -Printing support

What You Bring

-Associate degree in Information Technology or a closely related field or equivalent experience. -Office 365 and MFA issue troubleshooting -1+ years of related work experience -Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing -Communicate and engage with other team member regularly -ITIL 4 Foundations certification will be required within 6 months of employment -Ability to manage conflicting priorities and expectations -Certifications such as A+, MCP, ITIL foundations highly desirable -Ability to adapt to current technologies and maintain technical skill levels -Ability to maintain confidentiality -Demonstrate problem solving with critical thinking skills -Work effectively in a diverse workforce -Ability to manage time and workload efficiently, including planning, organizing, and following through on a variety of tasks, assignments, projects, and reports, while paying close attention to details
