Tasks

-Managing a project’s overall effort for client including managing a team, coordinating work of various project entities (designer, contractor, owner personnel). Recognized as key client contact point and decision-maker. Attends client meetings as MBP Representative. Prepares, monitors and manages client project budgets and internal budgets. Analyzes and optimizing internal and external processes. -Business development, personnel management, maintains certifications and re-certifications, participation in company activities.

Evidence of progressive career development within the construction industry. Minimum of 6 years related experience with projects in higher education, healthcare, laboratories, and K-12 preferred. Expertise with MBP's diverse services. Provides leadership and training to other team members. Direct client contact and client care. Operates at level of expert in one or more service areas with responsibility for final work product. -Capable of managing multiple assignments -Ability to analyze and optimize internal and external -Ability to safely navigate construction work sites with uneven -Generally able to work independently and determine solutions. Professional registration, other job relevant certification such as CCM, CCP, or advanced specialized technical knowledge. Detailed knowledge of construction, principles of construction management and project controls, with specialized knowledge in several areas including scheduling, cost estimating, documentation, contract administration, construction techniques. Knowledge of personnel and project management techniques including budgeting, leadership, training and business -Generally performs in supervisory role as well as self-performs analytical and management tasks. -Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete
