-Handle complaints professionally and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. -Ensure compliance with OHS & E policies and BGIS business systems. -Lodge work requests via CMMS and coordinate with service providers. -Answer and manage incoming client calls and inquiries promptly. -Maintain accurate records, data entry, and reporting of service requests.

What You Bring

-Experience in Facility Management or trade service coordination. -Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CMMS platforms. -Flexibility and resilience to handle a challenging team and environment. -Proof of COVID vaccination and up-to-date immunisations. -Strong professional telephone manner, attention to detail, and communication skills. -Certificate IV in Customer Service. -High School Certificate or equivalent. -Proven experience in a Customer Service Centre environment. -English Proficiency: CEFR level B2 or above
