-Autodesk Simulation experience -Exposure to Sorting, conveying, combustion, sanding, fluid, and pneumatic transfer systems -Minimum 3.0 GPA (cumulative, and within major) -Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a team-oriented mindset -Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines -A track record of leadership through work, school, or extra-curricular activities -Outside-of-the-Box thinker -Autodesk 3D Modeling -Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint -Capability to build and nurture relationships with other functions within AWI -Experience with and exposure to supporting the Project Management Life Cycle, including: -Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) at an ABET accredited program AND be a maximum of 24 months away from graduation -Valuable insight into large-scale manufacturing facilities, equipment, and safe working practices -Previous internship in a manufacturing or R&D environment
