Tasks

-Responsible for the additional tasks as and when assigned by the Facilities Manager. -Hold regular meetings with the contractors. -Submit weekly facilities management report. -Actively participate training through onsite, offsite, and vendor training. -Audit the maintenance work carried out by the external service partners according to the departmental policy. -Use the BIM, App or digital technology assigned by the company to facilitate communication. -Adopt root cause analysis. -Meet with tenants to resolve issues associated with cleaning, landscape, pest control, waste management and Security -Act as a first responder under the Company Emergency Response Team. -Record and report the defects in new installation and construction. -Responsible for the Preventive & Corrective Maintenance work assigned by the Manager. -Avoid wastages and focus on optimization in FM. -Constantly monitor the KPIs specified by the Facilities Manager. -Ensure the maintenance Specifications are updated and ready in the system. -Maintain and beautify the overall cleaning, landscape, pest control, waste management and Security within the building compound to the satisfaction of the building owner. -Prepare corrective maintenance work order. -Ensure maintenance work shall comply with the relevant Singapore Standards and Code of Practices. -Attend/report immediately on major building, cleaning, landscape, pest control, waste management and Security issues. -Review and support the T&C works for new facilities. -Embrace the Digital FM Technology initiated by the department. -Ensure maintenance work shall comply with the company’s environment, health, and safety policies. -Plan & monitor the Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.

What You Bring

-Diploma in Building Services or Facilities Management certifications with at least 3 years of experience -Relevant experience in plant facility, building/property management operation & maintenance environment would be advantageous -Highly motivated, independent and able to multi-task
