Tasks

-Maintain good housekeeping in work area. -Practice and support Rheem values with internal as well as external customers. -Must be able to maintain daily reports for ISO 9000 detailing use and mixture of foam chemicals. -Will be required to monitor oven temperatures when using HK-270 and Gussmer guns. -Observe all departmental safety requirements. -Contributing Respectfully - Sharing opinions, valuing ideas, sharing opposing perspectives with respect

What You Bring

-Must be able to stand, walk and/or lift repetitively during shift. -Must be able to frequently lift in unsupported positions as well as bend, twist/turn, reach, push/pull. -Frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs -Must be able to operate HK-270 and HK-650 Foam machines. -Continuous lifting of 0-1 lbs -Thinking Creatively – Applying creativity, seeking improvements, understanding from the customers’ lens -Occasional lifting of 5-25 lbs. -MG 0013 - Foam Machine Op -High School Diploma/GED. -Must be familiar with operation and maintenance of Gussmer guns. -Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions and decimals. -Listening to Understand – Open mind, learning from others, accepting feedback, embracing the objective
