Maintain accurate records of all deal-related documents and correspondence within CRM or deal management platforms.
Lead and manage the closing process for commercial real estate transactions, ensuring all documentation, compliance requirements, and closing conditions are met.
Ensure compliance with internal investment policies and regulatory requirements; oversee all necessary filings, recordings, and post-closing deliverables.
Maintain transaction trackers and closing schedules to support accurate and timely reporting to management and investors.
Act as the primary liaison between borrowers, developers, title/escrow agents, lenders, and internal investment or asset management teams throughout the closing process.
Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to review loan agreements, purchase and sale contracts, title commitments, and related exhibits.
Coordinate with capital partners and senior lenders to structure and execute intercreditor or consent agreements as needed.
