We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to join one of our reputable solar clients, who develop, own, and maintain their own sites. As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of solar panel systems. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy and make a positive impact on the environment. -Diagnose and repair, troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions in the system -IV Curve tracing and Megging experience (One of them - ideally both) -1-2+ years of experience with O&M works on Utility-scale solar farms or huge C&I projects (1MW+) -Experienced with locating and troubleshooting ground faults -Valid drivers license -OSHA certifications -Journeyman License (Required) -Experience with AC, DC, and PV Systems
