Tasks

-Deliver captivating presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, effectively showcasing the value of Yardi's industry-leading SaaS solutions. -Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' business needs and challenges, aligning Yardi's solutions to deliver effective results. -Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of enterprise mid-market accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and fostering growth. -Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive client retention and revenue expansion. -Provide administrative support to the sales process, including handling renewals, managing client escalations, and other related duties.

What You Bring

-Industry expertise in property management (multifamily, commercial or applicable industry) -Up to 50% travel required -Minimum of three years (3+) of experience in sales, with a focus on software product sales. -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders. -Strong ability to manage and grow commercial enterprise (mid-market) accounts, with exceptional relationship-building skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. -Educational background or experience with accounting principles -Proven track record of success in enterprise sales in software or tech industry, preferably in the commercial sector. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and compelling sales presentations. -Yardi domain experience -Thorough understanding of sales cycle management principles such as lead-generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure.
