Tasks

-Attend and run project meetings -Identify areas of process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and profitability -Procure and coordinate necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors for each project -Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project closeout documents -Liaise with field supervision -Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, informing them of project status, risks, and milestones -Create and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion -Address any project-related issues, conflicts, or delays promptly and effectively, seeking solutions that maintain project progress -Develop comprehensive project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving measures when possible

What You Bring

-Experience with Port Authority and MTA/TBTA is required -Proficiency in Microsoft Suite in addition to project management software; E-J currently uses Procore, Emque, Riskcast, Toric, and more -Practical knowledge of construction processes -Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the electrical contracting/engineering space -Strong business acumen in project planning and management -Minimum of 5 years of project manager experience required -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills with attention to detail -Practical knowledge of construction
