Tasks

-Production of inventories and photographs -Support the line manager on larger client projects and accounts -Registering tenants with RTB -Checking references -Tracking contract renewals, and issuing letters in accordance with the RTB regulations -Showing of vacant properties -Tracking upcoming available properties -The role will involve dealing with conflict situations and the candidate must demonstrate confidence and be able to deal with these in a professional and efficient manner -Maintain regular contact with key clients /landlords -Production of condition reports -Carry out property inspections -Ensure all management systems are kept up to date and maintained -Ensuring compliance with Residential Tenancy Act 2004, Health & Safety Legislation, Fire Services Act 1981, Occupiers Liability Act 1995, Waste Management and Litter Pollution Acts and Data Protection Act. -In conjunction with their line manager, deliver written output ensuring excellent quality -Day to day management of a tenants and contracts -Drafting leases -Tracking rental payments and dealing with arrears in accordance with the RTB regulations. -Reporting to landlords

What You Bring

-A minimum of two years relevant experience. -PRSA Licence – C -Fluent in spoken and written English. -Excellent team worker with a flexible approach to work -Good communication, organisational and negotiation skills -Honesty, integrity and openness, high ethical standards -Good interpersonal and influencing skills -Achieving set KPI’s -Confident in dealing with clients -Familiarity with computerised Property Management systems such as YARDI -Pragmatic approach to problem solving -Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc -Strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills
