Tasks

-Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client goals and drive business growth. -Manage the scope, schedule, and budget of individual projects, and work with a matrixed team to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time -Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded -Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and client teams, and will manage construction, procurement, invoice preparation, and project documentation -Lead project acquisition efforts, identify opportunities, and work collaboratively with the marketing team to prepare bids and interviews for jobs -Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management

What You Bring

-Strong skills in MS Office -A valid driver's license -Have a working knowledge of client and industry standards related to design and construction, and will be able to negotiate solutions to client concerns or project overages -The Project Manager's evaluation will be based, in part, on the timely and accurate completion of work, as well as their ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a positive attitude. -Master's degree in engineering or related science, business, or organizational management, and a working knowledge of client and industry design and construction standards. -PMP certification, EIT or PE license, -Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a relevant field, at least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field and position
