Tasks

As a BIM Specialist, you will be a key leader within the team, responsible for managing and delivering high-quality BIM outputs across multiple projects. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and technical experts to ensure all modelling efforts meet both internal standards and client expectations. -Manage BIM-related documentation, ensuring project delivery adheres to operational and quality standards. -Recruitment into the team, and actively role model the profession in the industry. -Oversee complex modelling tasks and ensure best practices are consistently applied. -Promote BIM tools, manage resources, lead internal training, and represent the team in external meetings. -Coordinate closely with local and central teams to manage external data, monitor model health, and implement clash detection processes. -Guide junior team members and upskill other members of the team. -Attend events to keep abreast of industry trends and software updates.

What You Bring

Senior BIM Coordinator or Principal BIM Specialist. -Demonstrable experience working with clients/contractors/architects in a design-oriented/consultant role. -Self-awareness, an open mind, and a spirit of generosity -Proven experience working as a BIM Specialist or closely related role, with a track record delivering on a variety of complex projects. -Experience of BIM processes, and use of relevant software / tools such as Revit. -Experience in supporting others to develop knowledge, skills, and confidence.
