Lead / Host Interactive Planning Workshops
Identification of project milestones, monitor & report on same
Provides performance updates / reports views for identification of variances and corrective action.
Establish project schedule resource requirements
Responsible for development and management of detailed schedules to cover the Construction stage of projects
Engage and support the project team from early stages
Provide valued input to Constructability Reviews
Responsible for development and management of project controls tools
Develop and Communicate tools for the target completion of project goals.
Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the Client
Execution of projects via an established Quality Management system
Liaise with project management team with regular schedule performance status reports
Establishing project objectives in line with the client and help to ensure goals & timelines are achieved
Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Sound knowledge of design and construction sequence and logic
Expert in Primavera P6 software
Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering or other allied third level qualification.
Experience in all phases of home office engineering required
Experience in using and understanding earned value progress required
Experience in scheduling the construction phase of a project
6-10 years’ experience
Pharmaceutical experience required
