-Help shap the future for our large-scale residential and commercial energy customers -Lead CES business operations, covering systems, suppliers, customer case management, accounts/payments, and process optimisation. -Lead business transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer outcomes, and revenue performance. -Lead operational performance, transformation, and delivery -Partner with internal teams to implement and operationalise new electrified energy products and digital solutions. -Build and empower a high-performing team culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. -Ensure regulatory compliance and data quality across core systems and processes, reducing risk and driving consistency. -Deliver operational excellence and improve key performance metrics across billing, metering, data integrity, and customer experience.
