Tasks

-Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff -Mentor and inspire junior engineers dedicated to protecting public health and delivering sustainable solutions -Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staff -Monitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize issues in vital infrastructure -Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutions -Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for water, wastewater, and stormwater projects -Lead challenging water, wastewater, and stormwater projects that push the boundaries of engineering and environmental stewardship -Collaborate with talented professionals across disciplines in a flexible work environment

What You Bring

-Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred -Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment -Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required -Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office -Professional Engineer (PE) license required -Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
