We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager / Architect to lead the design process from programming through project closeout. This role requires a self-starter with deep knowledge of building systems—including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical—and the ability to manage teams, consultants, budgets, and schedules with professionalism and precision. -Skills in internal budgeting, team scheduling, and proposal development -Client management and specification writing expertise -Licensed architect (completion of ARE required) -Experience with project account management software -Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation -Microsoft Office Suite proficiency -Strong leadership and communication skills -5–10 years of professional experience
