Maintenance Technician

Overview

Perform preventative & corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Tasks

-Maintain and repair plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps. -Update work order status in real time, utilizing CMMS system. -Clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts. -Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems. -Escalating problems or issues to Customer and Manager in a timely manner. -Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, and furniture. -Preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment -Prepare, prime and paint building interior and exterior surfaces and perform general handyman tasks to maintain buildings. -Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and general maintenance as assigned. -Prioritizes all PM’s, corrective and emergent work orders for the site (annual, monthly, weekly, and daily).

What You Bring

-Proficient in basic computer application software such as MS Office, Outlook, CMMS (Maximo), etc. -Experience with hand tools and power tools. -BAS experience -EPA Universal License -High School Diploma or equivalent. -Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training in the areas of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
