Tasks

-Follow policies and procedures outlined in the Wausau Supply Company employee handbook. -Execute customer programs in your territory from start to finish -Identify opportunities for the entire portfolio of Waudena products -Complete all sales reports on time and accurately. -Identify, evaluate and onboard new Waudena dealers in valuable greenfield markets. -Increase brand awareness by attending local, regional and national trade show events. -Conduct educational meetings for large and small audiences -Promote online capabilities and train OSRs using online resources (Configurator) -Regularly visit customers to grow relationships and identify new opportunities -Increase sales with key Waudena accounts by executing personal and company sales initiatives.

What You Bring

-Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. occasionally -Strong professionalism to maintain a positive brand for Wausau Supply Company and Waudena Entrance Systems -Must possess an MVR that meets the auto insurance requirements. -Substantial planning and organizational abilities. -Knowledge of entrance systems may be helpful but is not a requirement -Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge -Effective and efficient verbal & written communication -Aptitude to learn apps and programs to complete daily functions -Strong people skills needed to grow relationships -Commanding, energetic presentation skills, -Compliance with all company safety initiatives and safety observations to meet company goals. -Basic knowledge of residential construction, repair & remodel and multi-family projects. -Ability to identify and prioritize tasks to help meet/exceed territory goals. -Capable of travelling, including some overnights during weekdays, up to 50% -High School Diploma, College Degree and/or 2-5 years of related sales experience.
