Tasks

-Provide financial guidance to the branch managers and other functional leaders, ensuring compliance with local and group norms -Participate in month-end closings and prepare monthly reports for the group -Analyse monthly variances and identify areas for improvement and efficiency -Prepare and manage the annual budget and the quarterly forecasts -Develop and maintain accurate standard costing and build strong relationships internally and across the Schindler group

What You Bring

-At least 8 years’ experience ideally with experience from either construction, service and maintenance or projects -Project Background (nice to have) or understanding of WIP, Margins and Cashflow -Experience in month end, audit, year and business reporting -Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or similar -Eligibility to work permanently in New Zealand (citizen or permanent resident) -Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills -Experience with SAP (nice to have) or ERP systems
