Tasks

-Define and train quality procedures to team and operations staff. -Work closely with Quality Manager to establish company's quality procedures, standards and specifications for all business units. -Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing data and recommendations. -Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications -Ensure that manufacturers’ specifications are met. -Operate as a team member of management -Mentor team members to achieve goals; professional and personal. -Make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them. -Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners. -Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures. -Monitor team to confirm we are working as effectively as possible. -Review reports done by team to ensure customer requirements are met. -Proactively look for ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency. -Use relevant quality tools to make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business. -Lead by positive example on policy, quality, safety, employee, ethical, and customer satisfaction attitude.

What You Bring

-Must have a minimum of five (5) years project management experience in telecommunications, electrical or a related technical or construction field. -Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s). -Regular attendance is mandatory. -Must have a minimum of three (3) years training experience or related role. -Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory practice preferred -Must be able to work a non-standard work schedule as required to provide job, team or individual specific training. -Possess good knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry and their application. -Must be able to lead and work as part of a team. -High School diploma or equivalent. -Must be able to learn and teach Company and customer project management systems. -Must be able to organize and plan your work and work of others. -Working knowledge of construction process (bid process, project management, delegation, financial etc. -Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project). -Ability to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job. -Must have BICSI Technician certification -Prefer BICSI trainer certification. -Must have demonstrated knowledge of job costing, job planning, quality management, safety training and contract administration. -Must have working knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry and their applications. -Strong verbal and written communication skills -For demonstration purposes, must be able to climb ladders, use hand and power tools, lift 50 pounds. -Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and lead others to create, develop, implement and review project process improvement(s). -Must be able to travel within the branch territory and/or regional territory as needed. -Must have proven high skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements. -Must meet Company minimum driving standards. -Skilled in numerical and statistical analysis.
