Tasks

Project Executive to oversee the successful execution of our upcoming senior living projects. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving project performance, managing internal and external teams, and ensuring that each development meets the company’s quality, budget, and schedule goals. -Manage design, construction, and delivery in coordination with internal development, construction, and operations teams. -Oversee budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure project alignment with financial and operational objectives. -Identify and mitigate risks while driving proactive problem-solving across the project lifecycle. -Lead all phases of project development from preconstruction through completion. -Build and maintain strong relationships with design consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders. -Review and approve major design and construction decisions, ensuring compliance with company standards and brand expectations. -Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to project managers, superintendents, and support staff.

What You Bring
