Tasks

-Participate in Total Reward Projects that drive the continuous improvement of our people agenda -Support the Total Reward Team, HR team, and managers with general queries. -Completing salary survey submissions and provision of benchmarking data using Willis Towers Watson and other surveys to support compensation processes -Maintain and update core employee data for employee benefits and the Company bonus schemes -Ongoing maintenance of the job architecture -Analysis and evaluation of data which provides data insights to Total Reward, HR and the wider business -Support legislative disclosures such as gender pay gap and equal pay reporting -Supporting the pay review process and Company bonus schemes including data validation and integrity checks

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge and confidence in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint -Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail -Some experience of working in a HR or Reward role -Strong written and oral communication skills -Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and work autonomously. -Critical thinking -Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with diverse stakeholders -Keen focus on continuous improvement with the ability to solve problems
