Tasks

-Serve as the local marketing lead responsible for aligning strategy with business development goals and market opportunities. -Collaborate with national and regional teams to amplify messaging through digital channels. -Own the market-level marketing calendar, resource planning, and team performance reviews. -Oversee the development of flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, tour books, signage, and digital assets. -Direct campaign strategy and creative production for listings, developments, and repositioned assets. -Ensure all deliverables reflect Stream’s brand voice, visual identity, and quality standards. -Partner with brokers to shape pursuit strategies and bring winning ideas to life. -Leverage internal tools including CRM, template libraries, and marketing platforms to streamline execution. -Coordinate with research, GIS, design, and national marketing teams to integrate data and visual strategy. -Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve processes. -Create and manage a local social media calendar, leveraging brand-aligned content to support property and platform awareness. -Build, manage, and mentor members of the marketing team. -Act as the primary liaison between marketing, brokers, and market leadership to prioritize needs and deliver solutions. -Lead the execution of pursuit marketing including proposals, presentations, and RFP responses. -Monitor trends and proactively bring new digital tactics into local market execution. -Guide messaging, positioning, and visual storytelling to ensure client-centric, compelling content.

What You Bring

-High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office. -5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including team oversight or project leadership. -Familiarity with CRM tools, CMS platforms, social scheduling platforms, and project tracking tools. -Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and grow team members. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and visual quality. -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. -Strong project management skills with a keen ability to balance competing priorities. -Portfolio of past work, including examples of campaign execution, pitch collateral, and team leadership impact. -Confidence working directly with senior leaders and client-facing professionals. -Experience in commercial real estate, agency, or professional services preferred.
