Tasks

Arrange consultants for all inspections -Monitoring Workmanship: Ensure that construction work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and industry standards, identifying any deviations or defects. -Safety Compliance: Ensure that all quality control processes also comply with safety regulations and standards on-site. -Inspection of Materials: Verify that all construction materials meet project specifications and standards before they are used on-site. -Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs): Develop and implement Inspection and Testing Plans, ensuring all key activities are inspected and documented. -Liaison with Engineers and Consultants: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to resolve quality issues and improve construction practices. -Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to quality control processes based on lessons learned from ongoing and past projects. -Conducting Tests: Perform or supervise on-site testing of materials and completed work, such as concrete strength tests, soil compaction tests, and weld inspections. -Final Inspections: Conduct final inspections of completed work, ensuring that everything complies with project requirements before it is handed over. -Non-Conformance Reporting: Identify, document, and report any non-conformances or defects in materials, workmanship, or processes, and ensure corrective actions are taken. -Review of Documentation: Check and maintain records, including Material Approval Requests (MARs), test results, inspection reports, and compliance certificates.

What You Bring

Quality Management Systems (QMS): Familiarity with ISO 9001 andquality systems. Material Testing: Proficiency in testing concrete, steel, soil, etc. Knowledge of Construction Standards and Codes Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret construction drawings andspecifications. -Minimum of 13 years of experience in Quality Control Engineering or a similar role. -Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field. -In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
