Tasks
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle national and international travel for the CEO — often with last-minute changes and high complexity Partner closely with the Administrative Assistant to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day administrative tasks and executive office operations Track continuing education and certifications for executives Coordinate multiple travel schedules, prepare detailed itineraries, and manage and submit expense reports Handle all matters with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism This is not your typical EA role. You’ll be the strategic right hand to the CEO, managing complex schedules, high-level communications, and confidential matters with discretion and finesse. You’ll also work closely with our Administrative Assistant to ensure seamless coordination of daily operations, events, and executive needs across the organization. What You Bring
