Tasks

-Allocate resources and manpower according to the schedule to optimize productivity and efficiency -Generating regular reports indicating the variance and proposing mitigation -Develop Cash flow, Develop Look ahead schedule -Establish scheduling systems and procedures to monitor progress. -Prepare project closure report identifying lessons learned and best practices -Assessment of the project status, identification of the risks and propose mitigation measures for timely completion within the project budget -Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost performance, schedule variance, and quality metrics -Prepare detailed schedules covering the pre-construction and construction activities and set up systems to monitor progress. -Identification of schedule variances and their impact on overall project completion -To track the changes to the master schedule and find alternative options to compensate for manpower fluctuations and procurement methods. -Forecasting future project performance based on historical trend -Analysis of project trends over time (e.g., productivity trends, cost trends, schedule trends). -Follow-up for FNOC/OC completion. -Prepare Project Design, Procurement and Construction Schedule. -Monitor the schedule to ensure that it is consistent with the current Master Project Schedule. -Regular Reporting (Weekly, Monthly) on Status, Schedule performance, Procurement, Resource allocation, Risks. -Identification of key milestones and deadlines for deliverables -Prepare schedule for the purchase of materials and equipment requiring long lead times. -Provide regular progress updates and address concerns promptly -Create detailed WBS to break down the project into manageable tasks -Identification of patterns and deviations from baseline plans.

What You Bring

-Effective presentation & good communication skills. -Minimum 20+ years of experience in High-Rise residential / commercial buildings. -Worked in Gulf countries at Residential multistorey projects -Should have completed at least 2 project life cycles of High-Rise residential buildings from start to finish. -Work experience on Residential/Commercial and High-rise building projects -Knowledge of using Mivan formwork in High rise buildings -Must have software knowledge of Primavera and Microsoft Project (PMP certification preferable) -Experience required in High rise Residential / Commercial/ Retail mall and Villa projects -B. E /B. Tech in (Civil) from a reputed institute. -In depth knowledge of use of Microsoft Project on the Project, Monitoring, updating the schedule, -Required Gulf countries at Residential multistorey projects -Completed at least two projects of High-Rise residential buildings from start to finish
