Manages tool inventory, maintenance, and compliance for Baker Electric projects.

Tasks
-Manage location of tools at various jobsites and inspect tools and equipment; (OSHA requirement), to be compliant with OSHA standards and requirements -Escalate critical and/or sensitive issues to the Division Manager / Executive Team with recommendations for resolution. -Comply with all Company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs as established. -Ensure tools and equipment are properly checked and inspected in the tool department and at jobsite in compliance with OSHA standards and requirements -Comply with all Company operating policies, procedures, OSHA, and safety programs as established. -Keep tool department clean and orderly -Assume complete responsibility for all aspects of the Tool Department -Develop and maintain tool inventory – company wide -Manage the tool department to make sure tools and equipment are in working order and available when needed

What You Bring
-Have and maintain a valid driver’s license -Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, effectively in the English language -Must demonstrate ability to effectively organize and manage multiple projects and to meet frequent deadlines -Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel formulas and formatting -High School diploma or GED required -Familiarity with Windows based operating systems and web based applications, include ERP systems or other construction/financial software packages -Must have excellent organizational, communication, strategic, technical, analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills -Familiarity with AutoCAD, and other electrical, technical, or construction programs -Have an excellent attitude towards safety and firm adherence to safety protocols, Company operating policies, procedures, OSHA, and safety programs as established -Must have ability to build positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees, management, suppliers, and customers -Familiarity and experience with Electrical Lineman tools and equipment -Must have high standards of quality with attention to detail -Minimum 1-3 years related experience
