Tasks

-Conducting site walkouts and planning construction activities -Performing quality checks and reporting incidents as needed -Managing resources, materials, and equipment to keep projects moving -Supporting warehouse processes and stock management -Leading and briefing subcontractors on scope and expectations -Liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve variations and challenges -Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and quality benchmarks

What You Bring

-Ability to read and interpret network plans -Understanding of cabling requirements for residential and business structures -Strong communication and problem-solving skills -Knowledge of Telstra/NBN networks (advantageous) -Willingness to travel across WA -Civil construction experience (e.g., directional drilling, trenching, ploughing)
