Tasks

-Manage multiple concurrent design projects from concept through production -Produce designs with input from your product team to achieve the desired customer experience, including user flows, high-fidelity wireframes, detailed mockups, and interactive prototypes -Act as the user-advocate in cross-functional teams with product managers, architects and software engineers -Collaborate with product managers, executives, and other stakeholders to incorporate specific design requirements, visual treatment, and content structure -Create intuitive products that elevate the user experience in beneficial ways using best practices, current design trends, and user research

What You Bring

-Experience with workflow design principles/concepts -Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally -Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a PLUS -Familiarity with financial modeling and financial visualization concepts -5+ years relevant design experience and working with a product team -Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma -Experience working with robust designs systems using atomic UI design principles -Experience working on the design and creation of complex, enterprise-level web applications -Understanding of data model concept as it pertains to a specific business domain -Strong proficiency in sketching, prototyping, articulating design decisions, and processing stakeholder feedback -Effective communicator with the ability to understand and clarify requirements -Proactive self-starter who loves simplifying complex problems -Experience with a multi-tenant application with a highly interactive user base. -Track record of commitment to prior employers -Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not for profit university or college
