Tasks

Supporting key retail, commercial and residential construction projects, this role will perform various quantity surveying functions including estimating, planning and cost management, cost monitoring, and accurate and timely financial reporting whilst exercising sound financial acumen with a key focus on proactively maximising value for our clients. -Liaising with clients, architects and main contractors -Cost reporting -Identifying and facilitating new business opportunities -Tender evaluations and analysis -Claims preparation, presentation, negotiation and settlement of claims -Formulating and implementing benchmarking processes to improve the consistency, accuracy and time to prepare cost models and plans -Cost checking of developing design

What You Bring

We’re on the lookout for qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to work with our expanding Adelaide team. -RICS / AIQS accredited candidates will be highly regarded -WT’s balanced way of working -Proficient in the use of Cost X -Relevant tertiary qualification in any of the following areas: Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management -Full Australian working rights and currently located in Australia
