What You Bring

-10+ years of supervisory experience in custom sheet metal fabrication -Proven leadership and communication skills with a focus on safety, quality, and team development -Proficiency with ERP systems, 6S methodology, and basic/intermediate Excel skills -Strong knowledge of CNC punch and laser programming, fabrication drawings, and metal processes

Benefits

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health coverage, 401K with company match, profit sharing, and professional development support.
