Manage MEP design, procurement, and installation for large data center projects

Tasks

-Monitor installation quality, code compliance, and commissioning readiness -Manage all MEP design coordination, submittals, and shop drawings -Oversee procurement, budgets, and subcontractor scopes for MEP trades -Lead BIM coordination and resolve clashes with design/field teams -Ensure safety and QA/QC standards are consistently met -Work with project managers and superintendents to maintain schedules and budgets -Provide technical leadership and solutions to field challenges

What You Bring

-Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance -Based in Dallas or open to regional travel -In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, codes, and best practices -8+ years of experience in MEP management or project engineering roles -Strong technical coordination and problem-solving skills -Excellent communication and leadership abilities -Strong background in mission-critical or large, technically complex projects; data center experience preferred
