The Role
Overview
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Qiddiya's digital ecosystem, managing programs, vendors and governance.

Tasks
-Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to align vendor contracts with delivery milestones, payment schedules, and quality metrics -Define career pathways, KPIs, and competencies for all delivery management roles -Own end-to-end accountability for delivery execution across all Digital & CE domains (Web, Mobile, CRM, MarTech, Loyalty, Data, AI, Platform) -Lead the orchestration and performance management of all System Integrators (SIs) and key technology vendors, ensuring adherence to Qiddiya's delivery standards and governance -Lead vendor performance reviews and enforce structured delivery scorecards covering scope adherence, risk management, and SLA compliance -Ensure clear contractual accountability, resource visibility, and delivery ownership between internal teams and vendors -Strengthen internal delivery maturity by developing technical and leadership capability within Qiddiya Digital -Lead and mentor a team of Delivery Directors, Program Managers, and Delivery Leads, ensuring consistent delivery excellence across all programs -Oversee vendor onboarding, resource planning, change control, and milestone tracking to ensure continuous delivery momentum -Build a high-performance, delivery-focused culture that emphasizes accountability, agility, and problem-solving -Ensure cross-sector orchestration — delivering one integrated digital program supporting Qiddiya's core sectors -Maintain a disciplined operational cadence — including weekly progress reviews, fortnightly program assessments, and monthly governance reporting -Represent the Delivery Management function within the Digital leadership team, ensuring alignment across Product, Architecture, and Technology -Manage vendor escalation and corrective action plans to resolve performance or dependency issues swiftly -Build and maintain a vendor performance dashboard that provides leadership with real-time visibility of partner contribution, health, and risks -Translate business and product strategies into executable delivery roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes -Drive proactive issue resolution, dependency management, and course correction to maintain delivery predictability -Operate within an SI-led delivery model, where the majority of program execution is performed by vendors under Qiddiya's direction and oversight

What You Bring
-Minimum 10+ years in digital delivery, transformation, or enterprise program management -Strong technical fluency and understanding of cloud-native, API-first, and DevSecOps environments -Demonstrated experience building strong alignment with Product Management functions and converting strategy into executable plans -Proven success delivering large-scale digital ecosystems across web, mobile, CRM, MarTech, and platform domains -Prior experience in leisure, entertainment, hospitality, or customer experience-driven industries is preferred -At least 6 years in senior leadership roles overseeing multi-vendor, SI-led digital delivery models
