Tasks
-Identifies opportunities to grow existing project scopes and expand service offerings. -Proactively seeks and develops new business opportunities within existing and adjacent markets. -Actively contributes to the PMO through process improvement, knowledge sharing, and governance support. -Execution of project scope to a defined budget and schedule; manages and documents change orders, seeking customer approval prior to changes. -Mentors Project Engineers and junior team members. -Ensures customer satisfaction with the agreedupon deliverables. -Manages mobilization to plan. -Evaluates team member performance. -Assures all team members have the appropriate tools and equipment. -Recommends and selects the project team. -Is accountable for office and site safety for the project team. -Identifies and provides any specialized knowledge and training for the project team.
