-Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. -Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. -Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms. -Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets. -Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. -Assist in candidate communications, including interview confirmations and follow-ups.
