Tasks

-Originate, structure, negotiate, and close real estate loans and/or equity joint ventures. -Develop, foster, and maintain strong relationships with owners, operators, and developers as well as capital sources. -Collaborate and benefit from capital market team resources that include analysts, closers and fellow originators. -Grow the firm’s presence in the Austin and San Antonio market. -Cultivate relationships with MMI investment sales professionals in Austin and San Antonio to generate staple financing opportunities. -Lead and/or participate in presentations and pitches with new and existing clients.

What You Bring

-Proven relationships with developers, owners, investors, and other direct borrowers. -Capability to negotiate term sheets and closing documents. -Capital markets experience with a brokerage, investment bank, lender or principal. -Bachelor’s degree required. -Ability to work successfully in a large brokerage institution. -Track record of originating, underwriting, structuring, and closing debt and equity mandates. -Excellent due diligence, analytical, negotiating, deal structuring, and financial skills.
