-Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to maintenance and service activities. -Provide a professional service, representing the company and ensuring high customer satisfaction. -Ensure all work complies with contractual obligations and customer requirements. -Carry out general building services maintenance, including HVAC, mechanical, and fabric tasks. -Undertake contractor control duties, monitoring workmanship and issuing permits to work where required. -Deliver PPM, reactive, and proactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building systems. -Respond to callouts as scheduled on the callout rota.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance. -Professional, reliable, and customer-focused with excellent attention to detail. -Proven background in reactive and PPM maintenance within commercial or FM environments. -Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain high standards under pressure. -Experience working with commercial properties or FM contracts. -Significant experience in building services maintenance, including fault finding, installation, and testing.
