Tasks

-Oversee Dig Safe marking and coordinate any issues with utilities -Join and maintain Union membership -Resolve work problems -Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications -Coach on proper use and process to ensure safety and quality of work -Support the crew by operating equipment, pipefitting, and laboring to exhibit teamwork -Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify -Complete paperwork, reports, and status updates -Coordinate equipment and crews from start to finish ensuring resources are in place and the job is completed safely

-Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens -Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test; hold/obtain DOT medical card -Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice -All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English -Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner -2+ years prior experience in gas utility industry -Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling -High School diploma or equivalent -Valid Driver's License -Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results -Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
