Tasks

-Liaising with the regional offices regarding any queries relating to the planning drawings and working drawing requests. -Handling site queries when they arise. -Producing and managing, with guidance, the working drawings for house types and/or adapting standard house type working drawing in accordance with agreed planning drawings -Liaising with structural engineers and other third party consultants relating to working drawing matters.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in a housebuilder’s design and technical department -Ability to use AutoCAD -5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade 4 or above including maths and English -Relevant degree or equivalent qualification -Computer / IT literate with capability to use excel, Word and database packages
