Tasks

-Oversee day-to-day site operations for an external refurb of a retirement home. -Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality of workmanship -Manage health & safety on site and enforce RAMS and site protocols -Troubleshoot issues and ensure works meet design and specification -Conduct final snagging and ensure project handover is completed professionally -Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and local stakeholders -Maintain site records including daily diaries, toolbox talks, and inductions

What You Bring

-Previous experience in aluminium decking systems (Advantageous) -Valid SMSTS -Previous experience as a site manager -Scaffold inspection cert (advantageous) -Valid First Aid
