Tasks
As the face of the new development, you'll be instrumental in driving sales success whilst delivering an outstanding customer experience to prospective home buyers. -Conduct engaging viewings of the show home, plots, and site, bringing the development vision to life for potential buyers -Ensure full compliance with Consumer Code for Home Builders and all regulatory requirements -Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets -Guide buyers through the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to legal completion and handover -Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive marketing and excellent customer relationship management -Maintain accurate records using our CRM system and provide regular sales reports to senior management -Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities -Lead all sales activities for our brand new development from launch through to completion -Develop strong relationships with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other key stakeholders

My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Consultant to lead the sales function for a highly anticipated new development launch. This is a exceptional opportunity to be part of something special from the ground up, working with a respected private developer known for delivering high-quality new homes. -Experience of launching new developments is highly desirable -Proven track record in new homes sales with demonstrable success in achieving targets -Strong negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach -Minimum 3-5 years' experience in residential property sales, with significant new build exposure -Professional presentation and attention to detail -Strong understanding of construction processes and specifications -IT proficient, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly -Excellent knowledge of the home buying process and mortgage arrangements, with the ability to progress sales through to completion
