What You Bring

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial Experience in internal control procedures and best practices to safeguard company assets and Familiarity with industry-specific accounting practices, regulations, and market dynamics Organizational and time management skills Work experience in Accounting & CRM software and MS Office suite. Knowledge of Tally is a must. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Minimum of 8-14 years years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a Familiarity with tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax, GST, and payroll Strong understanding of Indian and overseas financial reporting requirements. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance)
