Tasks

-Building Performance - Control systems, fault detection, energy services and remote monitoring -Service - Scheduled preventative maintenance ensuring tenant comfort, and 24/7 emergency response -New Construction - Engineering, fabrication and installation of mechanical systems for new projects following lean construction practices -Help your team. Work on engineering drawings, run calculations, review submittals, draft load calculations, and help come up with possible design solutions

What You Bring

-An in-progress or completed bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field -Very adaptable -A natural love of problem-solving and learning new things -Learn as much as you can about HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical contracting -Empowering yourself to learn how to do things. If you need a ton of handholding or a micro-manager boss, this is not the place for you -A strong communicator
