The Role

Overview

Provide IT support and infrastructure services for ~100 users, manage projects and improvements.

Tasks

-Act as a resource for technical support to site users and business partners. -Manage inventory and produce inventory reports as needed. -Contribute to optimizing operational processes and support continuous improvement of IT services for EBC construction sites and operations. -Serve as a technology advisor to implement new solutions that enhance site infrastructure. -Actively research new partners to improve operational reach for remote sites. -Coordinate and ensure that services are delivered professionally and in a friendly manner, while maintaining a positive work environment. -Provide full IT support (Helpdesk and Infrastructure) for a site with approximately 100 users. -Participate in a project lasting about 4 years.

What You Bring

-Diagnose, analyze, document, investigate, and/or resolve issues independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills (Workstations, Printers, Network Infrastructure). -Customer focus: strong desire to meet client needs. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Active Directory (on-premises environment) -Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including: -Strong technical expertise with a minimum of 10 years of experience. -Strong focus on results; adherence to deadlines, financial objectives, and service level commitments; sense of overall responsibility. -Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto products. -Strong problem-solving abilities. -Mastery of the Office 365 environment (Microsoft AD, Microsoft Azure & Intune). -Microsoft 365 (Azure, Entra ID, etc.) -Highly autonomous, collaborative, and customer-oriented. -Ability to manage priorities and handle stress effectively. -Must have resided in Canada for at least 10 years or hold Canadian permanent resident status. -Expertise in network environments (Unifi products).
