Tasks

-Develop and implement training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the applications. -Establish and maintain documentation for all application management activities and newly implemented functionality. -Serve as the primary point of contact for users’ application-related inquiries and issues. -Manage the implementation, configuration, and upgrades of our ERP system, Infor XA. -Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all applications. -Conduct regular system audits to identify potential security issues and ensure optimal system performance. -Collaborate with various departments to understand their application needs and provide streamlined, comprehensive solutions.

What You Bring

-Prior experience using/managing ERP systems, ideally Infor XA. -Prior experience scoping and planning technical projects. -Analytical mindset with a passion for iterative improvement of business processes as facilitated by application changes. -At least 1-3 years of experience in application maintenance, support, or development. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals and synthesize information on critical business processes from multiple stakeholders. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with all levels of staff. -Prior experience with software QA, testing, and debugging in a professional setting. -Keen understanding of relational database concepts and experience with SQL/DB2. -Strong technical knowledge of application management and development best practices. -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
