The Role

Lead project controls, managing cost, schedule, reporting and change for large infrastructure development.

Tasks

-Prepare project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; track progress against baseline plans. -Lead the preparation and implementation of Program level KPI performance indicators, compliance, improvements and risks -Oversee the program controls, planning and implementation. Including coordinating high-level resources, schedules and budgets in line with Program objectives -Lead the preparation and implementation of Program level monthly reports & dashboards -Conduct risk and contingency analysis in collaboration with Project & Risk Management. -Develop, implement, and maintain project control systems for cost, schedule, and performance monitoring. -Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders -Prepare and provide technical support for Program presentations -Ensure adherence to project standards, methodologies, and regulatory compliance. -Analyze project performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions. -Support the preparation of Pre-construction Constructability Plan for executing construction activities -Lead the preparation and review of options for phased deliverable to meet Program milestones. -Coordinate with design, civil, MEP, utilities, traffic, and other teams to ensure accurate project reporting. -Lead the preparation and review of master Level 1, 2 & 3 schedules including monitoring progress against specific schedules provided by 3rd party appointed Consultants including but not limited to PMO, PMC and Contractor. -Mentor and guide project control engineers and junior staff. -Manage change control processes, including evaluation of scope changes, schedule impacts, and cost implications. -Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management and client updates.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s preferred. -Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. -15+ years of experience in project controls, planning, and scheduling on large-scale infrastructure or land development projects. -Proven experience in GCC countries, preferably Saudi Arabia. -Strong knowledge of project controls software (Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel, SAP, or equivalent). -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
