Tasks

The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing financial performance, assessing new opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of the company’s property portfolio. -Conduct detailed market research to identify new investment opportunities and support strategic decision-making. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and development. -Analyse portfolio performance and prepare regular reports on income, occupancy, and capital values. -Assist with asset management initiatives including lease reviews, cash flow forecasting, and project appraisals. -Prepare investment papers and presentations for internal review and external stakeholders. -Build and maintain financial models for property investments, acquisitions, and disposals.
