Tasks
As Sales Manager, you’ll oversee multiple sites across Kent, leading and motivating a team of up to 10 Sales Consultants to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve outstanding sales results. This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented sales team representing exclusive luxury retirement communities, helping retirees embrace a life of comfort, opulence, and tranquillity. -Be present – Travel between sites across Kent to support, train, and guide your team. -Drive Performance – Monitor KPIs, track sales progress, and ensure targets are met and exceeded. -Strategic Oversight - Collaborate with senior management to shape sales strategies, report on performance, and identify opportunities for growth. -Lead & Inspire - Manage, coach, and motivate a team of up to 10 Sales Consultants across multiple sites. -Deliver Excellence – Champion high standards of customer service and professionalism, ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand’s luxury reputation.
